OUR MISSION

"The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others."

~ Mahatma Gandhi

  • Our mission at Rise is to provide our patients and clients with a holistic and effective approach to healing, as well as the knowledge to proactively prevent illness and injury.

  • We work tirelessly to ensure that our patients and clients receive the care, tools, and knowledge to restore balance to their lives.

  • In addition to our patients and clients in the clinic, we strive to serve our community at large by promoting healthy lifestyle choices among the general public, educating fellow healthcare providers about acupuncture as an alternative to opioid pain medications, and working with our homeless, active military, veterans, and first-responders.

To Our Patients

TO OUR PATIENTS

  • Our mission is to provide our patients and clients with a holistic and effective approach to healing, as well as the knowledge to proactively prevent illness and injury.

  • We work tirelessly to ensure that our patients and clients receive the care, tools, and knowledge to restore balance to their lives.

  • We take pride in going above and beyond for those who choose us as their health and wellness partners.

TO OUR COMMUNITY

  • We are committed to serving our community with integrity, professionalism, respect, compassion, and love.

  • In doing so, we hope to improve the overall health and well-being of our entire community by promoting healthy lifestyle choices.

  • To this end, we regularly host free seminars and workshops on topics ranging from nutrition to therapeutic meditative exercises.

  • If you are interested in attending these events, subscribe to our mailing list at the bottom of this page and/or follow us on social media, where we regularly post informational content on ways to live a healthy and happy life.

  • We are also proud to partner with Conqueror Hapkido and MMA to help youth and adults cultivate discipline, patience, perseverance, and self-confidence through self-defense training.

TO OUR HOMELESS

  • We serve our homeless community by working with local homeless shelters, such as The Sophia Way.

  • Once a week, we offer free treatments for substance use disorder (SUD) at these shelters. For more information, please contact us.

  • Our goal is to restore our patients' mental and physical health so that they can focus on restoring their lives.

  • In addition to pain and other debilitating disorders, SUD, particularly opioid use disorder (OUD), affects many in the homeless community.

  • We seek to effect positive change by treating these patients for both SUD and the pain that led to it, as well as educating physicians about acupuncture as an alternative to opioid pain medication.

  • If you would like to support this cause, please consider donating to our local homeless shelters and/or to our Helping the Homeless Fund.

TO OUR MILITARY & FIRST-RESPONDERS

  • We are extremely grateful to our active military, veterans, and first-responders. We humbly thank you all for your service.

  • We are honored to work with the Veteran's Administration (VA) and offer free treatment for substance use disorder (SUD) and all stress- and anxiety-related disorders, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), to active military and veterans, as well as active and retired first-responders.

  • We believe that by supporting our active military and first-responders, we enable them to keep doing what they do best — protecting and saving lives. For more information, please contact us.

  • Also, if you would like to support our nation's heroes, please consider donating to Disabled American Veterans.
